For 4 people

Ingredients :

- 1/2 litre Vanilla or Cinnamon Ice-cream,
- 4 slices of gingerbread,
- Butter,
- MICLO's Gingerbread Liqueur,
- 8 half-peaches or 8 half-William’s pears, poached in red wine,
- Orange salad with Cinnamon.

Preparation :

- Butter both sides of the gingerbread slices and fry them in a pan,
- Put in a big plate, with a ice-cream ball on top of each slice,
- Pour generously Gingerbread Liqueur on it,
- Add two half-peaches or half-pears, and some orange salad around the gingerbread slices
